Grounds maintenance and mowing for Liberty Hill Cemetery Association (LHCA)

Sealed bids for the contract term of two calendar years for the performance of the mowing and maintenance of the properties of the Liberty Hill Cemetery Association must be received on LHCA bid form. Sealed bids may be hand delivered to the General Manager at her place of business/office at 1100 Loop 332 Liberty Hill. Bids may be delivered to the manager at her office between 9am and 5pm Monday thru Thursday until November 15 at 10am at which time they will need to be taken to the cemetery office at 107 Brown Bridge Road Liberty Hill. Manager will move to the cemetery office at 11am on November 15 to receive bids. Bids will be received at the LHCA office at 107 Brown Bridge Road on November 15, 2017 between the hours of 11am and 2pm CST. No bid will be accepted after the time of 2pm November 15, 2017. Bids may also be mailed to the Liberty Hill Cemetery Association at PO Box 73, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642. Bids will be picked up from the PO Box at 2pm on November 15, 2017.

Bids arriving after the above stated deadline of 2pm November 15, 2017, will be returned unopened if return address is provided.

The scope of work is generally mowing and grounds maintenance at the LHCA properties. A bid packet with the specific Scope of Work along with the Bid form is available to be picked up from General Manager Kathy Canady at her office located at 1100 Loop 332 in Liberty Hill between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday thru Thursday. The scope includes insurance requirements and other specifics. A resume of prior or similar work performed within the last three years must be included with each proposal.

Bids submitted prior to this invitation will not be considered.

The Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion. Bids must be honored for at least 60 days after the bid date. Bidders will enter into a contract for a term of two years for the scope of work. It is anticipated that the term of the work will begin January 1, 2018, and end December 31, 2020.
